Live streaming through Livestream.com with a separated twitter client. The team in the studio were listening in real-time using chrome extension for auto-refresh the old Twitter site. Very good sourcing of content partners. We got 20K uniques in 4 hours live stream.

Came to eBay to help with a huge project for procuring each product image used on eBay site. we struck exclusivity with Photo stock partner for a a crowed sourcing project that is planned to last 3 years?!?!
I've automated the prioritisation of the site's database in cycles of 24h and will be then the core component of the site. -

Ran the team that created 35 different themed films. In the process we tried to crack the formula of a souvenir video in an age of having your video posted on Youtube and Facebook. I hope we made it a little more exciting and much less embarrassing than the alternative at that time.
A division of Kodak ended up buying the company.
I know that by today's standards it's ridiculous, however at that time we were sending 32 camera SD feeds over wifi while transcoding 16 mpeg2 streams on four cheap ass machines. Each video personalised. -

Made a club in Israel work. Even if that sounds like a viable business. In Israel, it's not. We ran for 18 months. We made a many memories for a lot of people.
I managed the day-to-day, A&R, web site in 2003, writing weekly newsletter, working with graphic designers flyers posters and an iconic (at least to me) monthly schedule.
I really enjoyed creating this alternative cutting edge music venue in a land of main stream music. The place received his love from its comers, the local press and hopefully a few DJs around the world. -
